“We were there during a terrible thunderstorm and tornado warnings. I was amazed at how orderly the staff was able to coral everyone getting them to the basement through the stairwells. It sucked! But it had to be done and your staff got it done with a smile.”

“The room was very outdated and musty. Our towels were musty and had yellow on them like they were smoked around or just absorbed air odor. The bed was actually very comfortable. We slept great. Breakfast was great.”

“Hotel rooms are dated, but there is a lot to do at that location. The sports bar is great - scenic, right in the river. Several food options, casino has three levels, and hotel is in a convenient location. ”

“Pictures on website do not reflect the actual conditions of the hotel. This area is infiltrated with people who enjoy recreational drug use and smoking. It is in a very central location with all stores and freeways nearby. Room was NOT up to my expectations however, the bed was comfortable and sheets and linens were clean. Continental breakfast is coffee and carbs. Absolutely ZERO fruit or protein. Staff was friendly. ”

“There were holes in the wall plugged with grocery bags. There wasn't a phone. No box spring, just a mattress and metal frame. Bathroom was disgusting. No hand towels or washclothes. Just 2 bath towels. 1 bar of soap for 2 sinks and a shower. Also weirdly 3 outlets by a mirror.”
